Outpaced provides an AI-powered property search and agent matching platform that includes:

• AI-powered property search via WhatsApp
• Personalised property shortlist generation
• Real-time Singapore market data and insights
• Free consultation booking with licensed real estate agents
• Appointment scheduling with calendar and video call integration

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your property requirements
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not misuse the platform or interfere with other users
• Consent to receiving WhatsApp messages related to your property search, including shortlist updates and appointment confirmations, via approved message templates

4. WhatsApp Messaging

Our platform communicates with users via the WhatsApp Business API. By providing your phone number and using our services, you consent to receiving messages through WhatsApp. We comply with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy at all times. Outbound-initiated messages are sent exclusively using pre-approved message templates. You may opt out of WhatsApp communications at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting us.

5. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

6. Service Availability
