- Identification details required for regulatory checks and official forms under Singapore law
- Buyer enquiry and viewing details submitted by prospective buyers
- WhatsApp messaging data, including conversation history and delivery receipts, used to provide our services
- Usage data and analytics from our website and seller portal
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services:
- To market your property, respond to buyer enquiries, and arrange viewings
- To prepare and process the documentation required for your transaction
- To provide your seller portal, including timeline, financial and market updates
- To send service updates and reminders via WhatsApp using approved message templates
- To send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including those administered by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) and the Housing & Development Board (HDB)
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to complete your transaction and operate our services:
- With prospective buyers, limited to property information intended for marketing (never your personal contact details without your consent)
- With government agencies and regulators where required to process your transaction (for example, HDB)
- With service providers who support our platform (for example, hosting and messaging providers), bound by confidentiality obligations
- Where required by law or legal process
4. Data Protection
We comply with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Sensitive personal and financial data is encrypted at rest, access is logged and restricted, and personal details of buyers shown in the seller portal are masked. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above or as required by law.
5. WhatsApp Communications
Our platform communicates via the WhatsApp Business API. By providing your phone number and using our services, you consent to receiving messages through WhatsApp, including viewing reminders and market updates sent using pre-approved message templates. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting us.
6. Cookies and Advertising
Our public website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, to measure how well our advertising works. It records that a page was viewed and whether someone chose to start a WhatsApp conversation with us, and it may set cookies in your browser. We do not send Meta your name, phone number, address or any details about your property.
The Meta Pixel does not run on the seller portal or any signed-in area of our platform, so information about your sale is never shared with an advertising platform. You can limit this tracking through your browser cookie settings or your Meta ad preferences.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the details below. We will respond in accordance with the PDPA.
